en ارزیابی و تحلیل تأثیر فلات سازه‌ای شغلی با نقش میانجی پلات بیولوژیکی بر آرزوهای شغلی کارکنان مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی غرب استان مازندران هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی و تحلیل تأثیر فلات ساختاری شغلی با نقش واسطه ای فلات زیستی بر آرزوهای شغلی کارکنان مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی غرب استان مازندران در سال تحصیلی 99-98 بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف در حوزه تحقیقات کاربردی بوده و از نظر روش تحقیق همبستگی مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری بوده و جامعه آماری کارکنان مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی غرب استان مازندران می باشد. 236 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه معتبر فاستر و همکاران (2004)بود. فلات ساختاری با پایایی (847/0) و پرسشنامه معتبر آرزوهای شغلی بیلیاردی (2005) با پایایی (863/0). توسط سازه تایید شده و روایی پرسشنامه ها به خوبی ارزیابی و تاییدگردید.  تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی و از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Amos برای تایید یا رد فرضیه های تحقیق استفاده شده است. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که فلات ساختاری تأثیر معناداری بر آرزوهای شغلی کارکنان مؤسسات آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی غرب استان مازندران دارد. همچنین فلات ساختاری از طریق نقش میانجی فلات زیستی بر آرزوهای شغلی کارکنان تأثیر بسزایی دارد. نتایج نشان داد که با کاهش سطح فلات ساختاری در کارکنان می توان آرزوهای شغلی آنها را افزایش داد. The main purpose of this study was to evaluate and analyze the effect of occupational structural plateau with the mediating role of biological plateau on job aspirations of employees of non-profit higher education institutions in the west of Mazandaran province in the academic year 2019-20. This research is in the field of applied research in terms of purpose and in terms of research method, correlation is based on structural equations and the statistical population is the staff of non-profit higher education institutions in the west of Mazandaran province. 236 people were selected as a statistical sample. Data collection tools included a valid questionnaire of Foster et al. (2004) structural plateau with reliability (0.847) and a valid questionnaire of Billiardi's career aspirations (2005) with reliability (0.863). From the confirmatory factor analysis, the general structure of the research questionnaires has been validated by the construct and the validity of the questionnaires has been well evaluated and confirmed. The data analysis method was used using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and the structural equation method was used using Amos software to confirm or reject the research hypotheses. Findings indicate that the structural plateau has a significant effect on the job aspirations of employees of non-profit higher education institutions in the west of Mazandaran province. Also, the structural plateau has a significant effect on employees' job aspirations through the mediating role of the biological plateau.
