Migration is one of the central components in the history of the divine prophets that has had profound effects on the formation and development of religious civilizations. In the Islamic era, the migration of the Prophet of Islam from Mecca to Medina is considered a turning point in the consolidation and expansion of the modern Islamic civilization, which played a fundamental role in the establishment of the Islamic state and religious society. Similarly, the migration of Prophet Moses from Egypt to the Promised Land, which led to the formation of the Jewish nation and the regulation of its Sharia and laws, is a clear example of the civilization-building functions of migration. This study has a comparative approach and analyzes the lives of the prophets of Islam and Judaism, in a historical and cultural context, in order to examine the similarities and differences of these important events. The research method is analytical-descriptive and based on Quranic, Hadith and historical sources, it explores the social, political and cultural effects of migrations in the development of Islamic and Jewish religious civilizations. The findings showed that both migrations took place by divine command to escape oppression and establish religious communities; however, while similar, in some cases there are differences in details and final consequences that have caused differences in the structure and goals of the civilizations that followed them.
