این مقاله مفهوم ضدآموزش را بهعنوان چارچوبی انتقادی برای تحلیل موانع ساختاریِ بازدارندهٔ یادگیری اصیل بررسی میکند. این پژوهش با تکیه بر نقد ایوان ایلیچ از مدرسهسازیِ نهادی، آموزشوپرورش گفتوگومحور پائولو فریره و تعلیموتربیت انتقادی هنری ژیرو، ضدآموزش را نه بهمنزلهٔ نفی تدریس، بلکه بهعنوان ابزاری نظری برای آشکار ساختن سرکوب نظاممندِ یادگیری دیالکتیکی صورتبندی میکند. از منظر رفتارشناختی، آموزش بهمثابه سازوکاری ساختاری در نظر گرفته میشود که رفتار را تنظیم میکند، هنجارهای فرهنگی را بازتولید مینماید و روابط قدرت موجود را تداوم میبخشد. مقاله سه سازوکار بههمپیوستهٔ سرکوب را شناسایی میکند: ۱. تحمیل برنامههای درسی ازپیشتعیینشده و ارزشیابیهای استانداردشده؛ ۲. بازتولید سلسلهمراتب اجتماعی از طریق عدمتقارن قدرت میان معلم و دانشآموز؛ و ۳. عادیسازی همنوایی از طریق برنامهٔ درسی پنهان و رویههای انضباطی. بر پایهٔ این تحلیل، ضدآموزش بهصورت عدسی یا منظری مفهومی پدیدار میشود که بازتولید نظاممند اقتدار را در نهادهای آموزشی آشکار میسازد. نوآوری این مقاله در تلفیق واقعگرایی انتقادی، دیالکتیک و رفتارشناسی در قالب یک چارچوب واحد نهفته است. واقعگرایی انتقادی، با تحلیل چگونگی ایجاد نابرابریها بهوسیلهٔ ساختارها، عمق هستیشناختی فراهم میکند. دیالکتیک، تناقضهای درونی آموزش را آشکار میسازد؛ جایی که وعدهٔ رهایی بهطور مداوم بهواسطهٔ سازوکارهای بازتولید مسدود میشود. رفتارشناسی نیز با نشاندادن اینکه تقویت و تنبیه چگونه رفتار را در سطح خرد تنظیم میکنند، دقتی تجربی به تحلیل میافزاید. این چشماندازها در کنار یکدیگر، ضدآموزش را بهعنوان چارچوبی انتقادی و منسجم بازسازی میکنند که هم توان تشخیص سازوکارهای سرکوب را دارد و هم میتواند بدیلهای رهاییبخش را تصور و ترسیم کند. این مقاله با تلفیق نقد ساختاری، انسجام فلسفی و شفافیت تجربی، به نظریهٔ انتقادی آموزشوپرورش یاری میرساند و مسیری برای بازاندیشی آموزش، فراتر از کنترل نهادی، ارائه میدهد. یافتهها بر ضرورت برچیدن موانع ساختاری برای بازپسگیری یادگیری بهعنوان فرایندی دیالکتیکی و تحولآفرین تأکید دارند.
